I'm seeking out a new experience this round at Disney. The idea behind "FRESH" and the menu items offered appeal to me. However, it's tough to find feedback and reviews that include this restaurant :confused3

Has anyone tried it and if so, what was your experience? Also, are ADR's an issue?

Thanks in advance for any responses :thumbsup2

We've enjoyed breakfast there a few times. Everything was very good. I really enjoyed the unusual fruit juice combinations. They also serve fresh squeezed oj ....or at least still did last time we were there. Starbucks coffee if you like that. We haven't been there for a couple years and as I type, I'm thinking we need to go back!

As for reservations, I do make them. Most of the times we've been there, they would not have been necessary. But the Dolphin hosts conventions and I remember at least one time that the restaurant was packed with suits and I was glad we had a reservation.

DH and I have tried Fresh for Breakfast. Their breakfast buffet is unique and very good. It is definately worth a try. They do have a few breakfast item that can be ordered off the menu if you prefer. DH and I will be returning to Fresh for Breakfast on our upcoming 10-08 trip. I give it:thumbsup2

If you are staying in the Boardwalk area it is only a short walk from BW, BC, & YC which is also a plus.

NOt me--but I'm sure somebody has.
I'd just echo what BCV23 had to say, and add that somtimes there was a bit of a wait at the chefs spot--they make EVERYTHING "fresh" (waffles, etc in addition to eggs) and the line can back up if the place is crowded.

Yep. We ate there 2 weeks ago for breakfast, and a line does form over on the left side, where they make the pancakes, waffles, omelets, etc.... It would back up badly for 5-10 minutes, then there would be no wait for the next 5-10 minutes. It's cyclical, and there are other offerings to choose from if one line is too long. The fresh blended healthy juices were excellent.

Lines or not, the food was as good as ever.
