Question about free dining

We have booked a land and sea cruise and i have just heard about the possibility of free dining in august. I know they probably will not give that to us but are we able to book a dining package seperately and add it to the cruise package?

No. In order to get any kind of dining plan, you'd have to book the land portion of your cruise completely separate. In some cases, this does work out to be a better option anyway, so it's worth looking into.
