Question about FQ and using a Electric Scooter

It has been a few years since staying at FQ. Can help me with a question about using a electric scooter where you go to catch the boat to Disney Springs? I don't remember if there's some kind of railing on both sides where you go down to catch the boat. Is it only on one side or both? Has anyone ever had trouble getting on the boat? Any help would be great, also any pictures. Thank You

If you are asking about the ramp down to the boat dock, there appears to be a railing on 1 side. This pic is from portorleans.org:


The boat dock itself doesn’t have railings.
