question about flying

I have never flown before, and had a question. With the price of fuel going up, does the airline charge you another price for fuel, besides the airline ticket price? Any information would be most appreciated, Thank you

I've never seen a fuel surcharge associated with airline tickets. They would just roll it up into the overall ticket cost. However, you will find additional security fees.
