Question about Florida AP Renewal with the MPP

Hello! This is our first year as AP holders! We have the weekday select passes and have been enjoying them! Our renewal isn't up until the end of December, but my husband and I are going over our budget for next year. I have been searching and searching and can not get an exact answer to my question, so maybe someone here can help me?

I know if you are a FL resident using the monthly payment plan and you renew, that you do not have to pay the initial down payment. This will be a huge help for us since we are a family of 6. My question is this, with not paying the down payment does your monthly price stay the same or will it go up? I know you get a discount for renewing but I can't imagine that it would keep the monthly price the exact same without putting a down payment down?

We want to keep our passes but since we are taking so many trips we are on a tight budget and can't afford the monthly price to go up. Thanks so much!

The renewal cost of a weekday select is $201.29. (With tax.) The monthly payments on a renewal at that rate will be about $16.77 per person, or about $100.62 for a family of 6.

That's what I was afraid of. I had a friend tell me she didn't notice a price increase on her passes. We currently pay $63.62 a month that's almost a $40 increase. I don't think hubby will go for it.

I really wish they would explain that on their website. It was impossible to find the answer to the monthly payments.
