Question about FL Resident AP

My mom just purchased her first AP from AAA and has a voucher to activate it when she gets to WDW next weekend. Will she be able to activate the pass in the lobby of her hotel, or will she need to go to a park to do it? TIA!

She will have to go to one of the four Parks or Guest Relations at DTD to activate the Voucher.

Thanks for the quick response! Any idea if she'll be able to park for free at Epcot with the voucher? That's where she'll probably wind up activating the AP.

It's my understanding that she'll need to pay for parking, but if she gets a receipt they'll refund the $12 when she activates the voucher.
