Question about fl play 4 upgrade to season pass

My husband remembered the last day of being able to upgrade our Florida resident play 4 day passes to seasonal passes. But he said on the phone that you need the original play 4 pass and the certificate they are sending. I had upgraded mine to a season pass while in Disney as my 2 year old and I stayed an extra day then hubby and 4 year old. But I thought that my 4 year olds ticket was with mine. Went checking today and it's not there. My husband said that it quite sounded like you HAD to have the original pass no ands ifs our buts. So did my husband pay all the money to upgrade the pass and we won't even be able to use it? I know they have to have record of me buying the play 4 day pass for my daughter Hannah when we bought it at the hotel when we went so it's not like I am trying to get away with something. If anyone can offer some insight i'd be appreciative!

I was told you need the Play 4 pass and there was a time limit..like within three months...But things change all the time so call 407 560 PASS (7277). Do you have receipt or credt card charge..if you charged to your room it would be on your billing.

Just reread your post did you upgrade the Play 4 to a seasonal and now you can't find the seasonal pass??
If you did the # on the back of your ticket should be one or two off from hers and they will be able to find it in the system.
