Question about fitting in rides!

Hello! I am a single momma taking my 2 daughters (6 and 4.5) to Disney in June. What I'm trying to figure out is, what rides will we not be able to be sat together? For example, BTMRR...will my 6 year old have to sit in the seat in front, or can 3 people fit in one car? Same question for Astro Orbiter, Tomorrowland Speedway. Thanks for any advice on the best way to do this!

3 fit easily on BTMRR
3 can also fit on Astro Orbiter and Tomorrowland Speedway (I've never done the Speedway with 3, but I have seen 3 in a car)
3 also fit on Dumbo, Splash, Haunted Mansion and Peter Pan, if you were wondering. 3 will fit on Buzz, but only 2 lasers.

The only ride at MK that they are strict about not having 3 across is Barnstormer. Not sure how that would be handled with your group, maybe others will know.
Also not sure what Mine Train will be like once it is open.
