Question about finishing time and certificate

First of all, congratulations to all of the runners this weekend, and thanks to all of the volunteers. For a first race, Goofy 2010 was definitely memorable.

I do have a quick question about timing, though. My parents completed the half marathon. Their time was officially 3:30:05. Did they "officially" finish, or were they 5 seconds too slow? They both got their medals, but I would like them to get certificates as well.

Thanks for the help, and again, congrats to all.

If Disney lists them in the results, than they are "Official". You can get them certs!
