Question about Fastpass and Upgrading Tickets

Hello,

I currently have 8 day park hoppers not purchased as a package and have already made
Fastpasses for 8 days. We just decided to add 2 days to our stay so will like to upgrade to 10 day tickets when we get to Orlando. My understanding is I can only make Fastpasses for 8 days, is that correct? Also, I currently have fastpasses schedule for shows on a HS day (Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid)...would it be a good idea to cancel those Fastpasses and schedule for one of the new days we have added if I am only limited to 8 days right now?

You can only make FPs for the number of days for which you have valid tickets. So yes, you can only make 8 days of FP. They don't have to be consecutive days though, just within 14 days of the first use.

You don't really need FPs for those shows. I would cancel them and give yourself another day of FPs somewhere else.

Chances are, those show FPs will still be available after you've arrived and added your two extra days.

You could also try calling Disney and see it they can upgrade your tickets before you get there.

If you purchased your tickets from Disney or through the app, call Disney and they will upgrade your tickets for you. They’ll upgrade via your MDX account.
