Question about Fast Passes over NYE trip

I just made my fast passes for my NYE trip. Will the fast passes have longer wait times due to the extra crowds? I normally make my fast passes back to back, example 10am, 11am, 12pm. Is this still a good strategy? Or will the lines take so long I'll end up missing some of the other rides? I also made Pirates of the Caribbean 12:20pm-1:20pm and we have a reservation at Skippers Canteen at 1:15pm. If we get in line near the beginning of our fast pass will we be able to make it to our reservation on time? This will be our first trip over NYE so not sure exactly what to expect.

Even when a FP line is backed up it will not take an hour to get through it. Usually if there is a serious backup, it is just a the initial tap-point because some one is having issues or it's just a little clogged. Once you get past the first tap-point it never takes too long. You should have no problems making that lunch at Skipper's Canteen.
