We normally stay at the Explorers but are keen to sample the extra park hours facility when staying in a Disney hotel.

We have annual passes so don't require tickets as part of the package with the hotel.

Question is, how will the park know we are eligible for the extra park hours? Do we get some form of pass from the hotel?

Thanks

If your staying in a Disney hotel depending of whether the EMH are if it is AM then you show you Hotel ID to the staff just to the right of security checks. If it is PM then I think you go to City Hall to get a wristband after showing your hotel ID.

If you are staying off site and using your AP I think it depends on what type of AP you have. I could be wrong but I think it is only one type that allow the EMH.

Also one thing to note is that only certain rides will be open and this will vary from day to day.

If any of this is wrong feel free to correct it:goodvibes

Thats right, you need to have a Dream AP to be able to use Extra Magic Hours if staying at an offsite hotel.

If staying in a Disney hotel when you collect your tickets in the hotel you are given a pack of info and in there is your hotel ID. As stated this is what you show either at the gate if am or near City Hall if pm EMH.

If staying offsite and you have a dream AP you just show this

Cheers guys. We have Fantasy passes so would need the hotel ID.

Thanks for the answers.
