Question about Extra Magic Hours

Does anyone know how I can find out exactly what the Extra Magic Hours are, at the parks? I have read that they stay open late from 1-3 hours, but how do you know if you have an extra hour or an extra 3?

They have posted hours, but evidently they also add EMH's without much notice. We went into the MK for EMH Friday morning, and we were not aware of any other extended hours that day, but around 10pm we noticed many folks headed back into the park with wristbands. the resort TV channel also had a screen that said all 4 parks were having EMH's so I'm still confused.....

The evening hours are always 3 hrs and the morning hours is 1...When we arrived at our resort they had a seperate slip that showed the extra hours for the whole week in our packet.
