Question about exchanging QS for Snacks

Just a question since I haven't tried this before. I know I can exchange a QS credit and use 3 snack credit items at the same location. When I do this do I say to the cashier "I would like to use 3 snack items for a QS credit"? Cause otherwise they would just use snack credits right?

Yes, but I think I would word it a little differently: "I want to use ONE QS credit to purchase these THREE items."
