Hi,

We are doing a land and sea in Feb. We have only done WDW once before, and due to the small post 9/11 crowds, were able to take it slow and see everything we wanted.

I expect that in Feb the crowds will be larger than we last experienced. What is the deal with early entry? Is that something we are entitled to because we are on a land an sea package or staying at an on-site property (the Poly)? Do you have to pay extra for EE?

During our first WDW visit, they let us in early for our character breakfast at the CP, however, no rides were open. We were only allowed in the main street area, which is why I don't understand the early entry policy.

Thanks so much:( :( :( :( :( :(

WDW stopped early entry (EE) after 9/11. When we were there in November 2001 it was discontinued and I hated it!. I believe public outcry brought it back!

You, a resort guest, are allowed into the parks an hour before the official time. So if the official opening time is 9am, you can go in at 8am and ride certain rides for one hour. You may even get in earlier to browse Main Street and grab a muffin!

It is only a certain park each day. It's listed on wdwig.com, or on these boards somewhere!
