Question about ECV and Randy's

Looking to rent an ECV for my aunt for our upcoming trip. I am considering Randy's, but I have read that they require drop off and pick up to be done in person. Drop off is not a problem - I think it'll be good for them to go over the scooter with her (and for me so I know how to take it apart to put it in the trunk).

My question is does anyone know how early they will pick up at the end of the rental? We will be checking out of the hotel by between 8:30 - 9:00 am on our last day - will they arrange for an early pick up on a Sunday morning? We could have them pick up the day before, but I'm not sure what our schedule will be, and I'd hate to have to rush back to the hotel to meet up with them if we're busy.

I'm sure they can work something out. I have heard of people with very early departures being allowed to drop the ECV at Bell Services.

I rented from them Dec 2008 and was able to drop off at Bell Services. In fact, this was the only way they wanted it then.

we just rented an ecv and wheelchair from randy's mobility this past september for one of my relatives. highly recommend them. their rates are very reasonable and they have phenomenal customer service.

when we reached port orleans riverside he met us right in from of the lobby. on leaving we left both the wheelchair and ecv with bell services and randy's mobility picked up what we rented from them. we had no problems. you should be able to leave everything with bell services.
