If you going to eat at a resort restaurant and you're at a park, do you take the bus from any park to that restaurant, eat and then take a bus back to the park, then back to your home resort? Easier to drive? Cab? Doesn't matter, as long as you leave enough time? Trying to eat at places close to certain parks/resorts, but sometimes there's no easy way to do this.

First off, let me state that I am not a bus person. I always rent a car, staying on-site or off. I do a LOT of resort dining and I do not like to have to rely on busses for my evening entertainment.

Now, if you are at a park and want to eat at a resort--that is pretty easy. You just take the bus from the park to the resort. Getting back is different. Resort-to-resort busses are not done for the most part (unless you happen to be on the same "resort line" as where you are eating). So, when you leave the resort, you will have to catch a bus back to the park and then another bus back to the resort.

I've never done the cab thing but I have heard of others doing it and I don't think it's that bad.

From any park we take the bus to that resort and then the monorail or a bus back to a park so we can catch a bus back to our resort or another park or DTD
