Question about e-mails.....

I keep getting e-mails every time someone replies to a thread that I am subscribed to...I checked the "no" option on my 'user cp' for email notification....so what else do I have to do?

Checking 'No' is only good for any future threads, however it can't 'back-date' it to ones you're already subscribed to.

Go to your User Control Panel, (My vBHome) at the bottom you will see a box "Subscribed Threads" and to the right a drop-menu saying 'show threads from'.... Select, 'from the beginning' and this will list all the threads you are subscribed to. Look at the top right above the thread and there is "Unsubscribe from all threads' Click on that and you're laughing
