Question about DVC Dining Plan....

For my May 2015 trip my wife and I plan on doing a dining plan. At work today I made a comment about waiting for the rates to (hopefully) come out next week, to see what the prices will be to put the money away to add in it October. A coworker spoke up and said she that DVC members had to wait until after the first of the year to add it one because of different rates. I just went along with it seeing she and her husband have been members for over 10 years now. Any truth to this?

Once the 2015 plan prices have been announced, you can add a dining plan to a 2015 arrival. You can do this at any time (even during 2014) as long as you do so at least 2 days prior to check-in.
