Hello all,

I read in another thread that the Dolphin first floor rooms have patios. Do all of the rooms on the first floor have patios? Are these rooms considered balcony rooms or standard rooms? What view do these rooms have?

Thanks in advance for your help!:jester:

I didn't stay in a patio room, but right above them. They are at least all the first floor level rooms on the two wings, but maybe just on one side of each wing. They open into the little lake--we were right above that and it was called a resort view, as opposed to a limited view. I imagine they are an upgrade similar to a balcony room. Call the Dolphin and ask. The staff is very helpful.

When we went with family last year we both had
"deluxe balcony double" rooms reserved. Ours was a balcony room facing EPCOT in the furthest west wing (on the 7th floor) and my aunt and uncle's room was in the same wing but facing the grotto pool area on the bottom floor with a patio. (their view made it feel like you were on the "islands")-so I believe it would be considered a "balcony" room:)
