Question about DLH concierge

We have booked a concierge room at DLH for October (to celebrate DH's 30th birthday!). Anyone who has stayed concierge - do they contact you to make dining arrangements, or do I need to call them? I'd like some ideas from them on what to do for his birthday. We'll have our kids (3 and 4 months) with us, so a slow romantic dinner is out of the question... DH is my 3rd child anyway, so as long as the family is celebrating together, any place would be nice
