Question about Disneyworld.com

A few times in the past when I have logged into Disneyworld.com a pop up would come up asking if I wanted to talk to a Disney Cast Member via live chat... I've done so a few times and have been able to get some really good information...

But, for the past couple of months I have not gotten such a prompt, and can not find anywhere on the site that I can initiate the conversation myself... Does anybody know how to do this? Or is it simply luck of the draw?

I think it is more or less random. They probably only have a few people doing it so it depends on how many people are using the website at the same time. In my experience if I wait until 10 or 11, being out west I seem to get it more, but most people at this time would be asleep on the East Coast.
