Question about Disney transfers/refunds

Hey, guys,

We're doing the 7-day land/sea package on 9/28 and I'm second guessing using Disney transports for this trip. I have already paid for my trip package, but am wondering if would be refunded money if I cancelled my transfers through Disney and went through FL Tours instead. Right now, we have paid $207 for DCL to transport us to the cruise (from the resort) and then back to the airport. We're using ME to get to the resort.

So some questions I'm hoping you guys can answer:
1. Can I cancel the DCL transports this late and get a refund?
2. How is luggage handled differently by ME and DCL versus me getting a town car service?
3. Which would you choose? It's only $43 more to get the transfers for all legs of the trip (airport->resort, resort->cruise, cruise-> airport).
4. How reliable is the town car service?

I would call Disney to get the answers on cancellation refunds. However, keep in mind that once you decide to choose someone else to transport you, you are on your own if something goes wrong and you don't get to the ship on time. It's very unlikely you'll have any problems but if you use Disney Transport to get you to the ship, you are guaranteed that you will get on the ship.

There was one cruise I was on that they held up the ship's departure because one bus was running late.
