Question about Disney Cruises

I have been wondering about 1 thing on the cruise lines! when is a better time to have a dinner seating! last time we were the 6:00 seating. Was just wondering what everyone thought! Btw: this was RachelTori's DD my dis sn is oliversbabe222!

Do you have children traveling with you? If so, what is/are their age/ages? This is usually a huge consideration for familes traveling with children. What time do you normally eat dinner? Would your children be likely to fall asleep or be super-cranky by 8:30pm? That's usually too late for younger children and a 6pm dinner seating is better.

I agree about the children and the ages.

Our daughter was 7 when we first cruised in 2002, and I'd wanted early seating as that was closer to our normal dinner time.

We booked our cruise too late and couldn't get it, and were assigned the later seating.

It worked out for the best, as we were able to enjoy our shore excursions w/out having to rush back early to shower before dinner.

Now when we book early, we request the later seating. I don't know if we'd want it, though, if she was only 5 or 6.

thanks guys i am the only child traveling but my mom and dad r coming! im 10 and i can eat late but i normally eat around 6 neway! thanks 4 the help ill tell this 2 my mom! We had the 6 o clock last time and it worked great!
