Question About Disembarkation Pick Up

Hello everyone!

My husband and I are taking the 10 night Southern Caribbean Cruise that leaves on June 28th. My mother is picking us up from the port on July 8th when the Fantasy comes back to Port Canaveral. How does this work? Where does she have to go? Any help is much appreciated!

She will enter the port area and may be stopped and asked for ID. She should have her photo ID on her and then tell the person she is picking people up. they will direct her to the curb. She won't be able to wait at the curb for long as they tend to move people along so it would help if you coordinate with her on the time and be out there waiting for her. You can have a porter help you with all your luggage from the terminal, through customs and out to the curb.

She should chill at McD's or Grills. Call when you are in the Customs line. She can be at the curb within 10 minutes ....

On same sailing - have fun. Definitely use a porter for your luggage. They help get you through quick and it only costs you a tip.
