Question about discount code

I got an email from WDW yesterday re: discounts for rooms and a set nightly rate. The email said have you pin ready when you call. My question is that the pin that everyone asks is attached to their name when they call? And is this pin always attached to your name as long as you don't use it or does it drop off after a certain amount of time?

You will get a lot more information about PIN codes on the Rates and Codes Forum http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=93, but to answer your question it does sound as though you received a PIN code.

PIN codes expire after a certain amount of time. Th e-mail you received should say something like, "Call before (date) to use this discount".

Its possible that if you dead on over to the Rates and Codes forum someone there may have received the same e-mail and can give you more information.
