Question about disabilities!

I have a brother that wants to come along but unsure of services, if any, he could benefit from. He is 34 years old, a type 1 or juvenile diabetic, and over the past 2 years has lost his site.

He has done several classes, including cane use (mobility), but sure how he'd do all day in large crowds. We're taking my 4 year old so the pace isn't going to be quick. And that's a big part of why he wants to try and go...to experience his niece as she takes in and enjoys the parks

Are there any services he might benefit from to help him along? He's been to Disneyland many times so he doesn't need a braille map of the layout or anything but I wasn't sure what we could expect?

Anyone have any experience with this?

There is great info there! I don't have particular experience with that issue, but my DS is autistic and my DD is blind in just one eye. Good luck! Disney is pretty helpful for those with disabilities.
