Question about dedicated 2 BR ressie

I just got my confirmation letter for a reservation at VWL. I requested a dedicated villa. The ressie that I received did not say anything about it being dedicated, it just says 2BR. Does the reservation have to say dedicated in order for me to get this type of villa?

You can call and ask MS if it's listed in their computer as a dedicated. We're staying at SSR and have a 2-bdrm lock-off reserved. When it didn't say lock-off on the confirmation I called and the CM said it is in the system as a L/O but the confirmations don't always word it that way. hth.

I may be wrong about this but I think that there is no such thing as a dedicated 2br at the WLV, all the 2 br are lock-offs. I think the only place that has dedicated is OKW.

Incorrect. We just returned from our stay at VWL in a dedicated 2 BR. BCV also has dedicated 2BR.

And it was not on our confirmation letter, either, but was in the system.

Yup, we also recently stayed in a dedicated 2BR at VWL. The "guest room" doesn't have a door to the hallway; instead it has an extra large closet.

I believe there aren't any dedicated 2BR at BWV.

That's correct.

In fact, BWV is the only DVC resort that doesn't have any dedicated two bedroom units. All of the other DVC resorts have a mix of dedicated and lockoff 2 bedroom units
