Question about DDE

The application for DDE has a spot for your AP number. I was wondering if you had to an actual AP or if you could use the exchange certificate when you buy the DDE? Thanks.

You can use the voucher number, but if you exchange the certificate for a live AP at a Guest Relations Office (instead of just a ticket window) you can get one issued to you instantly.
