Question about DD plan

I am trying the DD plan for the first time coming up soon! I am excited to try it, but do have a question about when you can use the credits.

I am wondering if you can save one counter service credit to use on the day you check out? Since I may not arrive in time to use it on the day I check in, and I do know I need to eat lunch on the day I check out, it would be a logical choice if that is acceptable.

Any one know if that is allowed? Thanks in advance.

You can use your credits on whichever days of your trip you'd like. They've valid from the time you check-in and get your KTTK until midnight of the day you check-out.

the dining plan is valid from the time of checkin to midnight on your check out day. You may use your credits in any order/amount you wish up until that checkout day ends.
so, the answer to your question is an emphatic YES!

Yes it is allowed. Your credits dont expire until midnight on the day you check out. We were there is August and had 8 cs and 14 snacks left we check out. We used the cs at our resort and as well as at earl of sandwich for our plane ride home. We used our snack credits at goofys in downtown disney. Enjoy your trip
