We are arriving at LAX Aug 17 and will rent a car and visit relatives until our Aug 20 repo cruise. We plan to return the car the morning of the 20th at LAX and have purchased the Disney transfers to take us to the port. Does anyone who has done this on other cruises know what will happen to our luggage? Will DCL take control of it at the airport after we return the car? Will we be better off returning the car (Avis) close to the port and getting our luggage to the ship ourselves?
I don't mind paying for the transfers -- we want to do what is easiest.
