When we were there in November, the process of the disability card changed the week we were there. They told us that if we came back that we would NOT go to City Hall and that we would go straight to one of the kiosks in one of the lands to activate the tickets. Has anything changed since then? We are going for 1 day next week and want to make sure we know where to go, who to talk to, etc.

Thanks!

We went to the Chamber of Commerce in California Adventure. They scanned my daughter's ticket and set her up in the computer. They then gave us a list of kiosk locations for both parks. You can go to a kiosk, the chamber, or city hall to get a return time for the ride.

ETA: This was on May 28th.

On May 25 we started our trip at Main Street City Hall. My father got set up in the system for the duration of our tickets (5 day hoppers, so we were good to go for 5 days) and received our first return time. From there on out it was kiosks.

Is it the same as Disney where you can only get one return time at a time? Does anyone know how many fast passes we can get to go along with the DAS?

You can only have 1 DAS return or 1 wheelchair return active. DAS should not affect FP, which is the usual pull every 2 hours or when your FP window opens, which ever is first.

If you have an AP you might not have to go back to City Hall to get the DAS, but if you're going with new tickets I'm not sure now that would work. If they are doing it at the kiosks now, that might explain why lines at City Hall have seemed shorter lately. You should email disability services and explain what type of tickets you have, how long it's been since you got the digital DAS and ask if you would go to City Hall or the kiosk.
