Question about damaged souveniers

We bought a board game and a childrens dinner set as souvies and didn't open them until we got home, and they are both damaged. The bottom of the board game box is ripping and the fork from the dinner set has 3 prong tips missing... (They are not a result of being packed or anything, they were damaged when we bought them and we just couldn't see it until we opened them) I think I can return them to the Disney Store, but they don't sell them and I'd like to get the same items in return. Does anyone know what to do about this? Thanks!

There is a phone number you can call (sorry, don't have it offhand) regarding damaged merchandise. My sister has had to do this, and in her experience, they just sent her a replacement, didn't make her mail back the original or anything.

I've got the same problem but our toys were already "used." We bought a little gun ($10) in Frontierland and by the time we walked to Tomorrowland one of the screws had already come out. It was our last day and I didn't feel like walking back. Then we bought a Star Wars robe at MGM for $40!!! The first one we opened at a hole in it but luckily we noticed it before we paid for it so they switched it with another one. I checked it briefly but when we got back to the room realized it had a hole in a seam and by the next day there was another one. Probably just really poorly sewed seams. I am very frustrated yet..... If anyone has that number it would be great! Thanks!!

The number is 1.407.363.6200 I called a couple of years ago about a damaged item and they were very good about replacing it.
