Question about Cypress Pointe Grand Villas

We just booked our stay at CPGV for the end of January through HotelKingdom, which is a great price. Although they mention the pools, they don't indicate whether they are heated. Does anyone know if these pools are heated?

When we stayed there in Dec 2003, the pools were definitely heated. It's a great place, enjoy your stay!

Hi,

Can I ask ask a couple of questions please about CP?

Can anyone tell me if there are any extras to pay once you have booked, ie do you have to pay a security deposit (what you`d pay in a villa). If you need extra towels and bedding can you get these easily or do you just have to use what they give you, if you can get extra would you have to pay?

Are there safes in the apartments.

No cost for anything except the safe. I think it was a couple of dollars per day. We called the front desk for anything we needed. No security deposit either.

be aware that the check in area is moving in Jan to a temporary place.

so watch for the signs when you arrive.

I know that in our case, we were told we would have to scan our credit card (not put up an actual deposit though).

Also, how big is the safe? Is it big enough for a laptop plus a few extra items?
