Question about CS

I will be graduating from high school next year in june and I am interested in doing the CS in fall 2009. When would be a good time for me to put an application in? Should I wait after I graduate or do it b4?

I'd review the E-Presentation and submit an application as soon as that season's recruiting begins- around January/February 2009. If you wait until after you graduate, you may not be able to even apply- recruiting for the CareerStart Fall 2008 season wrapped up in late April.
