Question About Crocs???

I bought some bright pink CROCS after returning from February trip this year. I have worn them - OK I admit, only indoors, but I am waiting for the trend to catch on, like it did with other really compy shoes (Ugg boots, Birkenstocks), but it hasnt yet.
I plan to buy myself a more obscure colour so i can wear them without anyone noticing immediately (they are so bright you would see me coming from about 2 miles away, honestly!):rotfl:.
However, I will definitley be wearing them when I go back to Disney this September, my question is, do you wear them with socks or not?
I saw both types of wearers in Feb? I know the socks with (plastic!) sandals look is not a great one, its just when I did wear my crocs indoors the whole day, the hurt a bit across the front??:rolleyes2
- and yes, they do fit correctly
THANKS Jo xx

hiya

I wear my black beach with black socks for work, and on an evening (to stop he chill)

so I would say you can wear them either with or without socks

I have done both - with socks when it's chilly and without when it's warm.

I wear my light blue ones without, they are a little more subtle than the bright colours. Mind you my children keep telling me they look like cheap plastic shoes.

I wear mine without socks. Have not worn them out of the house yet tho, as my children won't be seen dead with me, they are totally embarresed when I put them on indoors and the doorbell rings, but when i'm in Florida it is ok as soo many people wear them out there. Mine are the light blue ones, so nothing to bright.

Hi,

Can u tell me how the sizing works? Want to order off the internet. Im a size 5 (38) and my 4 yr old is a size 11.

Thanks
Karen

What about those half socks, you know the ones that cover just the front half of your foot.

i am a 8 normally and the 7 fitted but the 8 was too big, same with the kids... but dont blame me if thats wrong :rotfl:

I'm a UK 7 and bought a US, women's, 9 which fitted fine :thumbsup2

Check whether the sizings are international - in that case you will need a larger size :sunny:

I am thinking about buying some crocs for my holiday in September but was just wondering if they stay on when you get flipped around on the rides?

:thanks:

Claire

I know what you mean, I bought some orange ones (what was I thinking?) and so far I haven't gotten up the nerve to wear them out of the house! :goodvibes

LOL, I am fearless (Haha) I wear them out. They seem to stay on well, if I want to be able to slip my feet in and out of them I put the heal bar strap forwards so it is in front rather than behind the ankle. If the heal strap is at the back they don't just slip of.

Disclaimer... I haven't worn them on rides yet though, and have been wondering the same thing.

I wore my flip flops on the rides and they were fine :thumbsup2

Plus, added bonus, you don't have to walk around in soggy sandals / trainers after the wet rides ;)

As I predicted, just as Birkenstocks and Uggs became trendy, so have CROCS. Yesterday, i saw them in Selfridges, and they were selling like hotcakes!!
So now when I wear my bright pink ones, people wont be whispering "freak" when I walk by!1 (lol) they will be in awe of my fashion sense!!
