So, I just realized that I might have stopped for one too many photos during the Tinker Bell half. My official pace for that race was just over 16 minutes/mile (like 16:10). I am planning to do the Princess half next month.

Does the Tinker Bell pace disqualify me for the Coast to Coast medal?

As long as you have an official finisher's certinficate listed on the website and are listed under the official finishers and all that you're fine. I had a way more dismal paces than you at both 2012 (due to photos) and 2013 (due to health issues) Tinkerbell and was classified as a finisher at the race. And I know I had a 16:13 pace and have a certificate from this year so I think your in the clear. Point is I was allowed to move forward to Princess as a Coast to Coast runner both times (collected in 2012, had to pull up in 2013 due to weather, returned for W&D for 2013 Coast to Coast with still a bad pace for both Disneyland races and got my Coast to Coast). The most important thing is to have an officially recorded finish. If you have that then your set.
