Question about closing?

Do you need to have witnesses or notarize the closing documents? Just want to be prepared ahead of time.

Forgot to mention we are buying resale and just passed ROFR

As a buyer, you do not need your final documents notarized. Only the seller's documents will require an notary and witnesses.

If you have a mortgage agreement then you need 2 witnesses. I just did this and the seller didn't so now we are waiting again.
