Question about closing time at MK

I've never stayed at MK until closing, so I'm not sure how it operates.

Our last night on vacation, we plan to watch Wishes. (hopefully with a fast pass) We have ADR at California Grill for 7:20pm, Wishes is at 10pm and the park closes at 11pm. So we will have a little in the park between dinner and Wishes, and a little bit afterwards to do something, but I'm wondering what the protocol is.

1. What happens at 11pm? Is that the last time someone can get in line for a ride? Or does the ride stop right at 11?

2. Do the shops on main street close promptly at 11pm? or do they stay open to get sales from the mass exodus?

3. Any advice for good things to do between Wishes and park closing?

3. Pick a favorite outdoor night-time ride (or two.)
Like BTM, Splash, or Jungle Cruise.

The shops do stay open for a while after closing in order to get all those last minute shoppers on their way out of the park. However, I don't know how much later!

Another question. Whats the actual time range for a Wishes fast pass? If I book a FP+ for 10pm-11pm, will I have to cancel it to get a Wishes FP?
