Question about Cirque tickets...refunds?

Hello! My day to order Cirque tickets is coming quickly (6 month in advance, Sept. 12th). I was wondering...If I order them and then we have to cancel for some reason, do I just eat the tickets or can I get a refund? TIA for your help!

I believe the tickets are non-refundable. I have circque tickets for sept 23 which is the day we arrive and I asked the same question to a CM at CRO and she said they are non-refundable

The tickets are non-refundable. However, you can re-sell them. If you pick the will-call option, you'll personally have to pick-them up by showing id. You'll probably lose out by reselling them, but you'll at least get some of your money back.

I would also suggest buying Cirque tickets from ticketmania.com. Prices are a bit cheaper. You can only choose category 2 ticket vouchers, though. You still have to make reservations to get your particular seat.

You get vouchers and make ressies later. They also provide free shipping with your order.

But I am sure if you buy them and something comes up when you can't go, when you do finally get there, go up to the window and try to explain and see if there is anything that they can do.

Actually there are absolutely no refunds on Cirque Du Soleil tickets. All sales are final.

You are right. The only thing they could do is issue you certificates for a different date. You won't be able to get your money back, but you could have the date changed and use them within one year.
