question about characters & Parades in July

Hi there, so far there seem to be no afternoon parades in any of the parks in July. Is this standard for the summer months?
I have also been trying to make a list of all the characters, rides, wheel chair entrances, etc... the times and locations for everything (by each section for each park). I would like to make scrapbook autograph pages to take with us. My question is: I have looked on pirate Kenny's site and he lists the characters (which is great). But when I was checking on the Disney world site it says no times listed for a bunch of characters? So does this mean that there no times? Or are they just not listed for July yet?

The only park with an afternoon parade, in July, is MK. Festival of Fantasy runs at 3:00 and begins in Frontierland.

1. That's a great place to check.


2. Stay away (far away) from visiting the "official WDW site" for any kind of schedule.
It's just an exercise in futility.
Shamefully poorly run and so often inaccurate.
(No, I'm not kidding.)

I am glad to hear there will be a parade at mk I was so sad to think we would miss the parade. At least one good thing with the disney site being poorly run, I have a shot at the characters that don't have times listed lol
