I thought that I read on here that there was dinner at the Grand Floridian with Beauty and Beast and Peter Pan and Hook, at 1900 Park Faire??? Now when I look they are telling me that it is characters from Cinderella??? Anyone know anything about this??? I need to make PS reservations on Monday and will get another character breakfast if this does not exist? Thanks in advance:(

Several years ago they had a Villains dinner at 1900 PF. For the past few months, they have had Cinderella, Fairy Godmother, Prince Charming, Suzy and Perla. I don't think there is anything with Pan and Hook right now.

Iluvtinkerbelle-
The dinner is now Cinderella. Its a really nice, but pricey, buffet. They had tons of food, with quite a variety and even a kids buffet. When we did this in January, we met Cinderella and the Prince out in the lobby. Cindy doesnt visit the tables. So you have to wait in a huge line, and get a quick autograph and picture. The only characters that came to our table were The Fairy Godmother and the mice, Perla and Suzy. That was it. The three characters came at one time to our table ( back in some cubby hole) and spent about 2 minutes total back there with our party of 12 with 6 kids. I was a little disappointed in that. The food made up for it!

AimeeM - we had a different experience in May03 at 1900 FP.
Cindy, Prince, Perla and Suzy came around to the tables. FGM was outside in the hall for the duration.
I felt the character interaction was really good, except for Prince Charming - he wasn't so "charming" the day we were there - he looked that he spent a long day out in the sun - as he had a sunburn on his face to match his red coat - and I guess his face hurt as he didn't really smile once! Oh Well! :D

We were at Disney last week and did Cindy's dinner ... the Fairy Godmother was in the entrance hall and Cindy, Prince Charming, Suzy and Perla circulated through the restaurant.

My grandkids enjoyed the character interaction and Cindy, Suzy and Perla visited our table several times each ... the Prince was very nice, but he didn't seemed as comfortable interacting with the kids as the others did.

Cindy even commented on my granddaughter's missing front teeth ... told her that her Fairy Godmother was best friends with the Tooth Fairy and often helped the TF out.

We also enjoyed talking to the families on either side of our table.

I think the more you interact with the characters the more they interact back.

Thanks for the info. I think that we decided to do the Storybook Princess breakfast in Norway instead. We really had our hearts set on Peter Pan and Hook, my youngest REALLY wants to see Wendy as well, so I am crossing my fingers that we get lucky. I booked the breakfast and I think we will just go to ToonTown Fair like last time to see Cinderella. Thanks.

If anyone knows where to see Wendy and Peter ( we have seen Hook so I know this is possible ;) ) I would REALLY appreciate it! Thanks

Iluvtinkerbelle-
We have met Wendy our last 2 or 3 trips. She has been in Magic Kingdom right at the beginning of Main Street with Peter Pan. We really lucked out on our January trip. We walked into MK and there were 25, yes 25!!, characters in that area! I couldnt believe it. I went thru an entire roll of new film! We just kept going from characater to charcater. The lines were very very short except for donald duck. His seemed to be the longest! It was awesome!Wendy and Peter were outside of Exposition Hall!! Good Luck finding her!

In August, my niece really wanted to see Peter Pan, so we asked a CM to call the "chip hotline" to find out if we might find him in the park (we were at MK). They told us a particular time that we would find him near the Pirates of the Caribbean. He and Wendy both came out (they were near the meet and greet area where Hook and Mr. Smee are often found, but not in that exact location). They came running out from from the gift shop area by Hook and Smee with Wendy chasing Peter....they ran around in circles a few times, and dodged behind poles, then stopped in a shaded spot for photos and autographs.

We saw Wendy and Peter in Adventureland the last week of August.

I had also "heard" that Peter Pan could be seen during the Family Magic Tour at MK ... I booked it as my grandson's "must see" character was PP ... it was GREAT!!!

We hopped, skipped, sang and crawled through the Magic Kingdom on a mission to save Mk from Malificent's (sp?) evil spell ... at the end of the tour PP and Wendy appeared and together we brought the evil spell.

Then we headed off to Fantasyland to ride It's a Small World ... as we walked thru Liberty Square PP grabbed my grandson's hand ... they ran over, climbed the fence and RANG the Liberty Bell ... it happened so quickly I hardly had time to grab my camera (I got a photo of them going back over the fence).

At IAMS we entered thru the exit, commandered a boat and off we went ... PP and Wendy really interacted with the kids. We had a small group ... started off with four families (8 kids) ... one family dropped out ... it was their first trip to MK, the oldest boy (10-12) was into the tour, the middle son was so-so, and the youngest was afraid of the villians (we had been warned to watch out for villians and had tip-toed past Gov. Ratcliffe at the being of the tour).

Both of my grandkids (6 and 8) had a wonderful time and want to do it again next summer. The tour costs $25 per person and was well worth in in my opinion ... to enjoy it you need to be willing to act silly (you should have seen me crawling thru the Starlight Cafe) and I'm not sure if the tour/character is exactly the same each time.

Oh, and we got Hook's autograph in the Main Street Square one morning.

We loved the Cinderella dinner at 1900 Park Fare, but I'd like to see a villians dinner somewhere ... Hook, Smee, Cruella de Vil, the Beast, maybe Malificent???

ILuvTinkerbelle - we saw Peter standing by himself just beside when you meet Hook and Smee a little inside the gift shop. No one was around so he played and interacted with our kids for about 10 minutes! It was magical and Peter was really funny with DS5.

Memaw2Wm - thanks for the great review of the Family Magic Tour. I booked it for our upcoming October trip with the extended family. There will be 8 of us - with 4 being kids 9/8/6/5. I'm not telling them anything about it - it will be a surprise for everyone - I can't wait. They told us no guarantee for PP, but I hope it will be him. DS would love it!
Just one question - the crawling part are you really down on your hands and knee's?? Yikes!

Thanks for the info Yzma and Memaw2Wm! Memaw2Wm that sounds like so much fun, I think I am going to talk dh into letting us go since we are now not doing the 1900 dinner. How long was it? All day and it's less then 90 days for us do you still think that we can get it? Where does it start out of and at what time? Also where do I call to book that? When I do I am going to make double sure that PP and Wendy will be there, that is my main objective for this trip. Last time we saw Smee and Hook for my older sons osbession, don't know who was more excited me or him LOL:Pinkbounc but this time the younger one is obsessed with PP and Wendy! Thanks again for any info you can give me!
