QUESTION ABOUT CHARACTER DINING/MEET & GREETS

If I wanted to take a pic with Cinderella at Cinderella's Royal Table or elegant Belle in Akershus without a reservation, can I do that? I don't have reservations at those restaurants but would want to take quick pics with them & then leave. But I want to find out if a reservation is required.

Exactly what hawaiilife had responded. Otherwise, many people would try to do the same exact thing. Disney isn't about to let that revenue stream go unclaimed.

1) No way.
2) The whole idea behind characters is to get people to make ADRs and eat . . . not to have people just to take photos.

If you are looking at the cheapest meal to meet character you could look at doing a breakfast. Otherwise most if not all are set pricing, so not even the option of just going in to order and app and dessert to make it a little less expensive. So using your FP for those particular meet and greets would be idea.
