Question about changing ressies

So I booked a long weekend for hubby and I today, CBR Dec 2-5th. I really wanted WL but it was not avail on our dates, but the CM said I could keep calling back and checking for cancellations. If by some miracle it did become available could I change to WL and still use my pin? We booked with the monster pin and I am aware it is only good until July 10th. So for the next 4 days I will call and keep checking haha. I'd only switch though if I were still able to use that pin because I can't afford it otherwise. What if we were to switch dates also? Id be willing to do that, but our CM today was kind of inept and was easily confused when I was asking about other dates so I didnt want to take the chance and screw up our initial reservation haha.

It would all depend on how many rooms at the Wilderness Lodge are still available with a pin code. For example they might have rooms available for your dates without any discounts, because for each promotion the resorts set aside so many rooms for them.

Yeah I understand that, but what Im trying to figure out is if by some miracle a pin room opens up....would I be able to switch and still apply my pin even though I booked with it today? KWIM?
