Currently have reservations at POR for Aug. I want to change to the Poly. The reservations I have are thru CRO. Will I automatically be in the CRO system booking a new ressie? Should I request CRO again? Thanks for any info. The deposit I have on POR will that go to my new ressie or be used as a credit on our room charging privileges?

I have changed my CRO May ressies 4 times
& have not had any problems. Each time I started off saying that my original ressies were with CRO & I wanted the modifications done the same way.
The deposit was transfered over to my new ressies each time. Since you are "up-grading" to the Poly they will probably just charge you the difference.
