Hello, we have a reservation for Coronado Springs for 2 rooms. Currently-the reservation has Room 1 for 2 adults and 1 child, and room 2 is for 3 adults and 1 child and 1 infant.

If we wanted to move 1 adult from room 2 to room 1, I feel the overall pricing would be the same, the amount of beds being messed up is the same.. Can we just have this done when we check in? Or should we do this in advance? (My fear is, if I make the change, that my daughter will change her mind on who is sleeping where, and then we will need to make changes again.) There is also a 50% chance the children might want to swap current assignments too during the 4 night stay too, but I’m less worried about that kind of swap.

You want to have the correct people in the correct room so that their room keys will open the door. You also want to make sure that any room charges they make go to the correct account. All of this can be handled at check in. They can give you extra key cards so that everyone can access both rooms, if that is what you want. :)
