Question about changing my reservation

I have a reservation for next Friday to Tuesday. I am thinking about canceling Friday and just going for Saturday to Tuesday but I am not sure. Hopefully I can decide by Sunday what we are going to do, but if not, can I still do that less than five days out? I am not canceling, just taking a night off of it.
