My sister and BIL just called to tell me they were no longer going on our Disney trip in September. My BIL is saying he cant get away from work now. I made all of our ADR's in April to make sure we got what we wanted. Do I need to call Disney Reservations and tell them we will have two less people in our party now, or should I just wait until we get there? Will this mess things up for us possibly? I know I will have to call about the ressies at CRT, because I had to give a credit card to reserve it.

Anyone have any experience with this?

This happened to me last Nov. When I called, they didn't have a smaller table available and recommended that I just hold my current reservation and let the hostess know at check-in. If I canceled, I would have had no reservation, as nothing was available by that time.

I'm going to suggest that you call and change the ones that you can. If there isn't a smaller table available, keep the original reservation (they will let you do that). But, if there is a smaller table available, you might have just freed up a spot for someone who has been looking to eat at the restaurant and hasn't been able to get a reservation.
