question about cash nights

I keep reading about the cash night rate for DVC members. Could someone tell me how much these are at the different resorts or where to find this information? And how do you get them? Thanks!

It is actually cash for nights at the DVC Resorts. There is no DVC discount for the regular WDW Resorts. It is 25% off of what I suppose is the rack rate. Sometimes it's a good deal. Often during the busy times of the year when I am available to go, there are not even any point rooms left, let alone cash rooms. Call MS for info.
