Hello all! First post, I'm really glad I found this board because I have a few questions.

My best friend and I will be visiting Discovery Cove, SeaWorld and Busch Gardens starting May 23. We purchased the package on the Sea World website that included all 3 plus Aquatica (we won't visit this park though, we're not really into water parks).

We will be staying at the Mariott Residence Inn (the moderate hotel package that the Discovery Cove website suggested). My question is: will we have to rent a car to get to all of these parks? I know Discovery Cove has transportation to and from Sea World...but will I need transportation to get from the hotel to Discovery Cove? Same goes for Busch Gardens. I'm booking everything monday night and want to have it all squared away so I know exactly how much I'm spending.

So excited!! One of my lifelong dreams has been to swim with dolphins and now I'm finally going to get to do it!!!

I am heading down Feb 15th myself....the lowest prices I have found are through www dot rentalcarmomma dot com and using either Dollar or Thrifty.....I used this service last year and had absolutely no problems. No credit card is required when booking the reservation and you will be given a confirmation number. Last year even though I got the confirmation I was still unsure, so I called Thrifty's 800 number to verify my reservation and the amount and it was the same.

:welcome: to the DIS.
It has a shuttle for Sea World and I think that Sea World offers a shuttle to Busch Gardens. Check the Trip Advisor reviews and forum for Orlando also. I would prefer my own car but that's an extra expense.
Here's part of one of the reviews:
You COULD have walked to Sea World if you desired, but honestly, it was a bit too far for us..especially since the days we happened to be in Orlando were in the low 50s and windy, so walking was out of the question. If you wanted to walk, it might be a 15-30 minute walk depending on your speed. The hotel does offer a complimentary shuttle, but we opted not to take it as we wanted to get to the park by open and it arrived at the hotel at 9:40am.
